Marketing Coordinator — Part Time

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with the ‘wanderlust’ spirit, who thrives in a creative and dynamic environment and who is passionate about pursuing a career in the travel industry. With the potential to become a full-time member of our team in the future, we are currently seeking someone who is available on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Director of Marketing in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy

  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.

  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.

  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.

  • Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.

  • Maintain and update content on our website, ensuring it reflects the latest news, information and materials.

  • Communicate important marketing updates to our portfolio members.

  • Assist in managing our social media profiles, creating content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.

  • Coordinate with portfolio members to gather content needed for newsletters, ensuring timely and relevant updates.

  • Create and design digital materials to enhance our marketing efforts.

  • Assist with formatting and distributing newsletters, maintaining consistent and compelling communications with our audience.

  • Track marketing analytics to monitor campaign performance and identify strategic ways to increase engagement across all platforms.

  • Organize and coordinate webinars and interviews.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong graphic design skills, capable of creating visually engaging digital marketing materials.

  • Experienced in social media management and content creation, with a proven track record of growing audience engagement.

  • Video editing skills, able to produce high-quality multimedia content.

  • Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Familiarity with Squarespace or similar website builders, managing and updating website content effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing (or on track to obtaining one)

Hours & Compensation

  • Hourly wage – to be discussed

  • 20-30 hours/week

  • Payroll is biweekly on Fridays
