1 PORTFOLIO, 4 COLLECTIONS
For 2022 we have segmented our Waterstone Portfolio in a way that is most comprehensive to the travel advisor, making it easier to find just the right accommodations for travelers.
Our portfolio is made up of different types of members and experiences. We celebrate those differences and our main mission is to thoughtfully explain each one of our treasured members and ensure travel advisors guide their clients to the best experiences.
Underneath our Portfolio of members we present, as a beginning, THE WATERSTONE COLLECTION, which itself is divided into distinguished luxury hotels, destination companies and private villas and estates.
Separately, we also present THE HASSLER COLLECTION which is a unique grouping of properties owned and managed by the legendary Roberto E. Wirth. The Hassler Collection of course includes the magical Hotel Hassler in Rome as well as it’s quaint boutique annex on the Spanish Steps called Il Palazzetto. This collection also includes the Hotel Vannucci in Cita della Pieve in Umbria, the hotel Parco del Principe in Tuscany and the thoroughly charming hamlet called Borgo Bastia Creti on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, offering five exceptional villas and cottages. Roberto Wirth has certainly been busy acquiring properties and styling them in a very elegant fashion.
Next in our Portfolio is a long term client of Waterstone, THE WTB COLLECTION. This collection of hotels and apartments is extremely popular because it’s comprised of four-star-superior, high value properties in Italy’s most iconic destinations; Venice, Florence and now Rome. The Wtb Collection has 6 hotels and 5 lovely apartments, all owned by the Fratini family and managed by Managing Director, Claudio Delli.
Last but certainly not least is THE SINA COLLECTION. Sina Hotels is a family run company who very importantly own and manage 11 lovely hotels throughout the Italian peninsula. We at Waterstone have known the owners of Sina, a family headed up by Bernabo Bocca and his sister Matilde Salvo, for decades, and we are honored to represent them and be part of their hospitality family.
