The Hassler Collection, is a unique grouping of properties that were owned and passionately managed by the late Roberto E. Wirth. This collection of course includes the magical HOTEL HASSLER in Rome as well as it’s sister property on the Spanish Steps called IL PALAZZETTO. The collection also includes the HOTEL VANNUCCI in Cita della Pieve, Umbria, the exclusive villa PARCO DEL PRINCIPE in Tuscany, and the thoroughly charming hamlet called BORGO BASTIA CRETI on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, offering five exceptional villas and cottages. A New Generation

Roberto Wirth Jr. and Veruschka Wirth, twin children of the late Roberto E. Wirth, introduce themselves to the hotelier world as Executive President and CEO, respectively. "The Hassler is in our DNA. From an early age we experienced the hotel and its dynamics, an interweaving of work, home, and passion that has always seen all members of the family involved."

Twins, born in Rome in 1992, Roberto Jr. and Veruschka now face new and important challenges, seeking innovation while maintaining a link with history and tradition. A fundamental step in the entrepreneurial journey, aimed today at consolidating a group of hotels, The Jewels of Roberto E. Wirth, and at working on significant future developments.

Il Palazzetto

Il Palazzetto has once again confirmed itself as the place to be for a summer aperitif. On July 9th, the Spanish Steps were used as the runway for the Valentino fashion show and Il Palazzetto was chosen as a special location for watching the event.
